"It was such a pleasure working with Ken and Cathy! We live in Las Vegas, so they were so instrumental and helpful in the purchase of our vacation home. I would highly recommend them!"

"We worked with at least 6 other BBL agents prior to Ken. I would break those 6 agents into two groups; 1) Those that were more concerned about closing a deal than the clients needs, had weak followthrough, clients were a burden, very selfserving, arrogant. Supposedly the best agents in BB. 2) And those who were concerned for the clients needs, had decent followthrough but couldn't close a deal. IMO, Ken is a standout in that he showed interest in his role in supporting the client, putting himself at the clients' level, knows how to negotiate on behalf of the client, owns the transaction like it is his own, and can close the deal. Would not hesitate to use Ken & team for future transactions, he gets it. Would recommend Ken & team to family, friends, and coworkers."

"We worked with Ken Simonds to help us sell a family cabin in Big Bear Lake in 20011. We previously worked with 2 other local realtors to try selling the cabin with poor results. The previous agents were weak at communication and had no sale strategy. When we met with Ken and discussed our cabin and our goals, he described a clear plan of action, made suggestions for us and detailed communications he would have with us throughout the sales process. Ken was professional, communicative and energetic. We received regular updates on activity, potential buyers, etc. We always had the sense that Ken was actively marketing our property. We sold the cabin with Ken's help (in a difficult selling market) and were very pleased with the price we received. Ken also diligently managed the closing process and kept us on track. We highly recommend Ken Simonds as a real estate agent and would not hesitate to work with him again."

"My wife and I had 3 lots in Green Valley Lake that we tried to sell for 5 years. Ken was able to sell these in 3 months. He sold a 4th lot for us in 1 day!"
